Good morning sunshines, I know so many of you have been eagerly awaiting the next part so here it is! π If you missed the first few parts of the story you can check them out here…
Lovanna walked towards the stables wanting to refresh Starlight after riding her hard through the night. She approached with caution, not knowing what she’d find. Sliding the doors open, her eyes grew wide. There were statues of horses and a stable boy! The scene really blew her mind, everything truly was frozen in time! One would think she’d grow scared, but instead, her natural curiosity only grew. Lovanna had always been a sucker for a good mystery and quite enjoyed solving complex puzzles.
In her heart, Lovanna knew, she was meant to stay. There was something pulling her here that she couldn’t explain. Lovanna lovingly spoke to Starlight as she led her into an empty stall and gave her a gentle rub down, fed her a carrot and curled up next to her in the hay for a much-needed rest. Lovanna awoke from a series of mystical dreams that provoked her curiosity. She couldn’t help thinking, what does it all mean. It was almost as if some magical force had tapped into her subconscious.
Still fresh in her mind was the layout of the inner castle, her inner voice whispered to her longing for some answers. Lovanna cooed lovingly to Starlight not to be frightened that she’d be safe. Starlight seemed to believe her as she nuzzled her nose against Lovanna’s gentle and soothing touch. Taking that as a sign of understanding and approval, Lovanna kissed Starlight tenderly on the nose and was quickly off on her way into the castle.
Lovanna was filled with a rush of excitement, not knowing what she’d find, though she reminded herself to proceed with caution. Reaching the handcrafted stone doors, Lovanna was in awe of the delicate craftsmanship. Her eyes didn’t miss anything, always one keen on taking in every little detail. She ran her fingers over the warn, but well-preserved double doors knowing that they held the beginning to the answers she’d come to find.
The power and lure of curiosity can be such a blessing and a curse! π I wonder what clues Lovanna will find to start unlocking the mysteries of this castle, stay tuned to find out what happens next!
