You rolled into my life
A dainty promise of bliss
You’re tiny chocolaty morsels
An element of simple delight
A dusting of sweet & savory
Salted caramel deliciousness
A splash of silky smooth nuttiness
A warm and decadent blend of
Pumpkin, Cinnamon, and Nutmeg
To celebrate the autumn season
A little ball of Oatrageous Yum!
Take all your ingredients and mix them together. After well-mixed use a tbs to measure out and form into little balls. I chose to store mine in the freezer. I take them out and thaw for just a few minutes before I’m ready to eat them.
The best thing about this recipe is that you can experiment with different types of milk, protein powder, and nut butter to make some unique and interesting flavor combinations.
All the possibilities will blow your mind!
oh this delightful! i love salted caramel and peanut butter treats, will attempt on the weekend i think!
Thank you Gina π I’m loving the salted caramel protein powder I’ve been using, it’s not overly sweet, but smooth creamy and delightful with the vanilla Unsweetened Cashew Milk …even better with a splash of my non dairy Ripple Pumpkin Spice Nog or Silk Original Nog. Though I should try it with a dash pumpkin spice, nutmeg, and cinnamon instead and I bet I’d get a very similar effect.
If you do try it, let me know how it goes.π€β€οΈ
We don’t have a lot of processed food locally, I’ll have to get them on my next travels. but am right now roasting a pumpkin with brown sugar and cinnamon sticks and grated nutmeg, all from the farm I visited recently, yum!
That sounds delicious, I love pumpkin! Are you doing to toast the pump seeds?
there aren’t many but I will now that you suggested it
Enjoy, I love fresh toasted pumpkin seeds!π My mom still makes them fresh from her gar every year.β€οΈ
that is so great! I love fresh from the garden stuff, don’t get much living in suburbia but I visit the farmers markets on weekends and farms occasionally.
I go to the local farmers market as well. When I lived close to my mom I would help her in her garden and take home lots of fresh from the garden. Now 1500 miles away it’s a little difficult now.π
i understand that, i love visiting farmers market in the countries I travel to, Ontario’s Menonite Markets are the best to me. you are such a country girl at heart!
Oh, yes! π Growing up in the country was very different from living in a big city. Granted they both have their perks.
Yum! π Iβm drooling hahaha. I love peanut butter treats too. πβ€οΈ
Yes, I always tell people peanut butter is my favorite food (some look at me like I’m crazy). π I love that I found and finally got to try this pumpkin peanut butter, it was on sale at one of the specialty markets near where I live. I love that brand of peanut butter (peanut butter and co). π β€οΈ
That’s lovely to know. Iβm craving for a peanut butter now. ππ
Haha yes always!πππ
