The autumnal equinox is here. The autumnal equinox brings with it a change in energy, a time to look inward and center and ground yourself. A time for rejuvenating and preserving your energy. A reminder that change can be absolutely beautiful, that to all things there’s a season.

The Rising Sun

Welcome to the rustic beauty and charm of the autumn season, may it be a bountiful harvest of personal growth.

  1. I live in a tropical country where we get to experience two seasons every year…when it rains here it rains so hard and when its hot its really very hot…having said that i am always amazed to see and be updated of the other 2 seasons which we never get to experience…and this post.made me smile with so much joy..

    1. Awww, I’m so glad to hear that it brought a smile to your face and filled you with joy! πŸ™‚
I’m from upstate NY around the finger lakes originally and the autumn season is so magical and beautiful. Living in FL now I have to find creative ways to fill my heart with the joy and color of the autumn season. FL tends to be more tropical as well and it’s primarily spring or summer here throughout the whole year.

  2. Living in Canada where the weather changes at the drop of a hat, when I visited Vietnam and it was either really hot or pouring rain, it was such an experience to realize how temperature affects areas so drastically. Thanks for sharing.

    1. Thank you for sharing your experience and perspective, it’s very true indeed. I live in FL now, but grew up in NY the climate is very different and has left me looking for creative ways to feel conntected to my love of the fall or enjoy the Christmas season.

  3. So beautiful!❀

β€œLife is a series of natural and spontaneous changes. Don’t resist them; that only creates sorrow. Let reality be reality. Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they like.”

PS – I love the fall colors too! πŸ˜‰

  4. I love the imagery you described. In our country, there are only two seasons. I’m captivated when I see the colors of Autumn even only in photos. πŸ€—β€οΈπŸŒΉ

  5. Beautiful words filled with warmth Jenna. We don’t experience fall as such but the short period between monsoon and winters is magical. And your words evoke that. β˜ΊοΈπŸ’•
