Good morning, my lovely rays of sunshine! 🙂
This post is in response to the “Tuesday Writing Prompt Challenge July 24, 2018” by GO DOG GO CAFÉ. Granted, I’m just a tad late! 😉
The prompt was – “melt, drip, savor” and the challenge is to use these 3 words in the same order, in a piece of poetry or prose. Upon reading Richa’s wonderful poem from iscriblr I was inspired to write my own. This poem of mine was inspired by a drawing I did a few years ago, it’s my attempt at adding a story to the illustration.
The prompts are designed to be quick creative writing challenges that can be written in 10 to 15 minutes. They’re a lot of fun and a great opportunity to get everyone interacting! Follow this link to learn more about it, see other submissions, and to share your own. Come and join in on all the fun!

Lovely story!
Me too, very fun and drives the imagination! 😉
somehow the random words take the pressure off and then my pieces end up being better in the end! I always love to see how different writers take such different directions too. multi layered fun!
I totally agree! 🙂 It’s nice when you’re not trying so hard and just having fun with it! 😉
